Amazon re:MARS will take place at the ARIA Resort & Casino (3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) in Las Vegas, NV.

The cost of a full conference pass for re:MARS is $1,499 and gives you access to the keynotes, sessions, the Tech Showcase, breakfast, lunch, and snacks on conference days, as well as other event activities.

There is no overall conference transportation, but shuttles will be available between the ARIA Resort & Casino and the re:MARS party on Thursday night. Taxi and rideshare pickup and drop-off is also available. Check back closer to the event for more details.

There are no prescheduled airport shuttles for this event. You need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport. Visit the Harry Reid International Airport website for info on ground transportation options.

AWS firmly believes in the value and importance of an event environment where all participants feel welcome and safe. The AWS Events Code of Conduct explains what type of behavior we expect from event participants. The terms of this code of conduct are non-negotiable. We will not tolerate behavior that runs counter to this code of conduct. AWS expects all re:MARS participants (including AWS employees, attendees, vendors, sponsors, speakers, volunteers, and guests) to uphold the principles of the AWS Events Code of Conduct. This code of conduct covers the main event and all related events, social or otherwise. In addition, Amazon employees attending events must continue to abide by all company policies at all times.
If we believe that you are not complying with the code of conduct, we may deny you entry or require you to leave all event venues. All determinations are at our sole discretion. We will involve local law enforcement if we deem appropriate.
If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior, or if you have concerns related to the AWS Events Code of Conduct, please promptly contact Amazon Security at aws-events-security-concerns@amazon.com. -
All badge holders must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and present a record of vaccination or negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result at onsite check-in to receive their re:MARS badges. Masks are not required. Please visit our Health Measures page for more information.

About registration and hotels

In the attendee portal, you can update the information entered in the registration form. To update your name, please reach out to customer support at remars-support@amazon.com.

You can purchase a conference pass with a valid credit card, or you can bill your pass to your AWS account by reaching out to remars-support@amazon.com (please do not include credit card numbers or payment information in your email).

Yes. Email remars-support@amazon.com with your AWS account ID, the number of passes you want to purchase, and any discount codes that you have.

Yes. Log in to the attendee portal, select the Payment drop down, and choose Purchases to download your registration receipt.

Registration for the keynote livestream and information about how to access session recordings will be released closer to the event.

If AWS receives your cancellation notice by May 27, 2022, you will be issued a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice between May 28, 2022, and June 17, 2022, AWS will issue you a 50% refund of your registration fees via the original payment method.
If, due to COVID-19, government policies restrict your travel to the United States, AWS will issue a full refund of your registration fees via the original payment method until June 17, 2022.
If AWS receives your cancellation notice after June 17, 2022, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Event registrations may be transferred to another participant upon approval by AWS at its sole discretion. To request a transfer of your event registration, contact us at remars-support@amazon.com. -
We expect re:MARS to sell out this year and do not anticipate making onsite registration available.

Yes, you will be able to access exclusive, discounted rates at the ARIA Resort & Casino once you are registered. Find more information on the Venue page. The only way to access the re:MARS rates is by booking through the attendee portal after you are registered.

Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age as of June 21, 2022, and any guests you bring to the re:MARS party must also be at least 18 years of age as of June 21, 2022.

Due to gaming regulations, you must be over 21 years old to stay at the ARIA Resort & Casino. If you are 18 to 20 years old and would like to attend re:MARS, please reach out to remars-support@amazon.com, and we will assist in finding other accommodation options nearby. Alternatively, you can stay at any hotel if you are checking in with someone who is 21 or over.

There will not be reserved seating at re:MARS; all sessions will be managed on a first-come, first-served basis. You can plan your time at re:MARS by favoriting sessions in the session catalog from within the attendee portal.

American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation, communication access real-time translation (CART), and/or illustrative visual guides are available at re:MARS. Scooter and wheelchair rentals for the ARIA Resort & Casino will be available. Check back in June to learn more about availability, rates, and use. For additional questions, contact remars-support@amazon.com.

An accessibility concierge will be available to assist you with accessibility services or questions that need to be addressed onsite during conference hours, such as questions about assistive listening or mobility device rentals. Dispersed and designated accessible seating is available within each lecture-style content room. For interactive sessions such as chalk talks and workshops, our in-room ambassadors in re:MARS event apparel can assist with accessible seating requests; these rooms have flexible seating arrangements.

Assistive listening headsets are available in all session rooms and during the keynote. Look for the assistive listening icon on signage to identify these rooms. Headsets do not need to be arranged in advance and should be picked up from the tech table at the back of the session room or keynote hall. Please return your headsets at the end of each session.

Yes, a reflection room will be available at re:MARS and is designed to provide a quiet space for meditation, yoga, prayer, or just a break from the crowd. Check back closer to the event for more details.

Yes. Lactation Rooms are designed to provide a private, secure space for lactating attendees to express milk. The spaces are equipped with lockers, cold packs, wipes, and comfy chairs.

Yes, all-gender restrooms will be available at re:MARS.

Translation will be provided for the livestream broadcast of the keynotes in French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), simplified Chinese, and Spanish (Latin America).

Subtitles will be provided for the keynote and leadership sessions in Japanese, simplified Chinese, Korean, French, Italian, German, Spanish (Latin America), and Portuguese (Brazil).

Closed captioning (CC) will be provided for all sessions made available via livestream and video-on-demand replays.

Presentation decks and transcripts are released with the video-on-demand replays of applicable sessions.
SWAG and merch

Yes, there will be official re:MARS SWAG for all qualified persons who attend the conference in Las Vegas.

No, you cannot pick up extra SWAG for your colleague/family member. We only have quantities to accommodate one SWAG item per person and each attendee is responsible for picking up their own SWAG onsite where you will scan your conference badge to determine eligibility.

No, we do not ship SWAG.
